For an application form: Go to the graduate school home page at the following web address:

Go to option 3 to print off the application form. When you send it in, make sure to mark it at the top in red capitol letters with the following:

DISTANCE EDUCATION - MS in SPL

Otherwise, your application will be considered as an on-campus student.
