For an application form: Go to the graduate school home page at the following web address:

http://www.ecu.edu/cs-acad/gradschool/applicationinfo.cfm

Scroll down to option 1 to fill out an on-line application. If you have not applied to ECU before, click on "First Time User Account Creation". You will need to create a account. Just follow the instructions and fill out the "type" of application for a Masters student. After filling out the application information, you will need to designate "Distance Education - MS in SLP" in the "Additional Information" section. Also, the first line of your personal statement should indicate that you are applying for the on-line program.

Otherwise, your application will be considered as an on-campus student.
