(See Information for Non-degree Seeking Students) Program Description The MS degree is a 3 year, 54 credit hour program of study. Graduation requirements include completion of at least 54 graduate credit hours and 375 clinical hours as well as achieving a passing score (600) on the PRAXIS II examination in speech-language pathology. Students residing in North Carolina may opt for the 60 credit hour degree to qualify for the advanced degree for licensure by the NCDPI. Program Delivery The basic format we use for course delivery is asynchronous utilizing an electronic learning model which consists of actual course lectures. Students can view the lectures live or on demand bases on their own computers. Course documents (syllabi, hand-outs, exams) are made available through the use of e-mail or Blackboard. Some courses provide for synchronous learning via chat-rooms. Equipment Requirements
